Andrew Banna is the Head of Family Law at Finn Roache Lawyers.

Andrew is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and an Accredited Family Law Mediator.

With close to 20 years experience practising exclusively in family law, Andrew is recognised for his technical expertise, strategic approach and commitment to achieving practical outcomes for his clients.

Andrew is known for providing clear and practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances. He understands that family law matters are often emotionally and financially complex and works closely with clients to guide them through the legal process with confidence and compassion.

Andrew practises across all areas of family law and regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Andrew also represents clients in the Local Court in relation to police matters that may arise following the breakdown of a relationship.
