Chloe is a key member of our Local Government and Planning Litigation team,
specialising in Environmental and Planning Law as well as Local Government Law.
She provides expert support and advice on a broad range of matters, including
litigation before the Land and Environment Court, merit appeals, enforcement and
compliance issues, and general planning advice.
Chloe is known for her thorough legal research, attention to detail, and ability to
navigate complex regulatory frameworks, helping clients achieve practical and
effective outcomes.
