Daniela Venerando

Daniela Venerando is a highly experienced Senior Family Law Paralegal who provides invaluable support to Finn Roache Lawyers’ busy Family Law team. Working alongside the firm’s Accredited Family Law Specialists, Daniela has developed a comprehensive understanding of the legal and practical issues that arise across a broad range of family law matters.

Daniela has a particular passion for assisting clients through complex parenting disputes, while also supporting matters involving high wealth property settlements and other family law issues. Known for her exceptional work ethic, attention to detail and empathetic approach, Daniela understands that family law matters can be both emotionally and legally challenging. She is committed to ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout every stage of their matter.

Prior to joining Finn Roache Lawyers, Daniela was a Senior Law Clerk for 8 years, where she worked closely with Accredited Family Law Specialists on a wide variety of complex family law matters. Before that, Daniela spent more than six years as Associate to a Judge of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. This unique experience provided her with invaluable insight into the operation of the family law jurisdiction and court processes, giving her an in-depth understanding of how family law matters are managed and determined.

During her time with the Court, Daniela was an active member of the Legal Consultative Committee for the Parramatta and Dubbo Registries, contributing to initiatives aimed at improving court processes and addressing issues affecting court users. She also assisted with the administration of the Family Law User Satisfaction Survey, helping to gather feedback from litigants and legal practitioners to improve the experience of those navigating the family law system.

Daniela’s combination of extensive court experience, technical knowledge and genuine compassion enables her to provide exceptional support to both clients and the legal team. She is dedicated to helping achieve the best possible outcomes while making the legal process as straightforward and supportive as possible.

Daniela holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Master of Applied Family Law Degree.
