Holly is admitted to practice in both the UK (2002) and NSW (2004) and has practised extensively in both jurisdictions. Holly has recently returned from three years in the UK, where she was a partner in a regional city firm, and joins Finns with wide-ranging experience acting for local, national and international companies, SMEs, tech start-ups and property developers in their Commercial Law requirements.
Holly’s practice includes drafting and advising on commercial contracts including services and supply agreements, employment-related contracts, shareholder agreements, terms of business, business sales, intellectual property matters, option and management agreements, joint ventures, franchising, employee share option incentive schemes and property-related commercial matters including leases, indemnity deeds and licences.
