Holly is an experienced commercial and corporate lawyer, specializing in commercial contracts, business sales and purchases, employment matters and commercial property advice. Holly is admitted to practice in both the UK (2002) and NSW (2004) and has practised extensively in both jurisdictions, acting for local, national and international companies, SMEs, tech start-ups, tourism operators and property developers.
