Ian Procter

Ian is a dedicated Law Clerk at Finn Roache Lawyers in our Tweed Heads office. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at Southern Cross University, with an anticipated graduation in 2026.

At Finn Roache Lawyers, Ian works closely with Brendan Madigan, primarily supporting matters in Litigation, Family Law, and Estate Planning. Drawing on his extensive experience in paramedicine, Ian brings a unique perspective to legal issues, which he integrates into his work to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.

Ian’s role encompasses conducting detailed legal research, drafting documents, managing case files, filing court documents, and assisting in case preparation—all carried out with the highest standard of professionalism and attention to detail. His combination of legal training and real-world experience allows him to approach each matter thoughtfully and strategically.
