Overview
Ken Lee is a highly experienced lawyer with over 30 years’ experience advising clients across a broad range of legal matters.
Ken’s practice includes property, commercial and business law, wills and estates, family law, and commercial litigation. Having founded and operated his own successful legal practice for more than two decades, Ken brings a strong commercial perspective and a practical, solutions-focused approach to his work.
Ken commenced his legal career with Attwood Marshall, where he completed his articles before being appointed as a Partner. During his time at the firm, he developed a strong foundation across a wide range of practice areas and built lasting professional relationships within the legal community.
He subsequently established KL Legal, which he owned and operated for over 20 years. As Principal, Ken managed a diverse client base including individuals, small to medium enterprises and family businesses. His practice spanned property and conveyancing, business transactions, commercial advisory, wills and estates, and dispute resolution. Ken took a hands-on approach to both the legal and operational aspects of the firm, developing a reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused advice and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
Following the sale of his practice, Ken returned to the profession as Special Counsel, where he continued to advise clients across a broad range of matters. His extensive experience as both a lawyer and business owner allows him to understand client needs from both a legal and commercial perspective.
Known for his approachable manner and strong work ethic, Ken is committed to delivering clear, pragmatic guidance and achieving positive outcomes for his clients.
In addition to his legal practice, Ken has been actively involved in the community, holding a number of leadership roles across local organisations, business groups and charitable initiatives.
