Overview

Paul is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Local Government and Planning, with a NSW regional practice in local government, planning and environmental law.

Living and practising law in Bathurst since 1984, Paul acts for both councils and private clients in a broad range of matters, with a focus on regional NSW.

He has extensive experience in the Land and Environment Court, the Supreme Court of NSW and in other Courts and Tribunals.

In the Australia Day Honours List 2026, Paul was awarded the Order of Australia Medal for service to the law and service to the community of Bathurst.
