Overview

Stephen is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Local Government and Planning,
with a well-established practice across local government, planning and environmental
law.

He acts for both councils and private clients in a broad range of matters, with a
particular focus on litigation. Stephen has extensive experience appearing in the Land
and Environment Court, the Court of Appeal and other jurisdictions.
