Zoe Baker

Zoe provides research and litigation assistance in planning and local government law,
supporting both local councils and private clients in matters before the Land and
Environment Court of NSW.

She assists with preparing and instructing on appeals in the Land and Environment
Court, preparing legal advices, and supporting merit appeals, enforcement and
compliance matters, and judicial review proceedings.
