With over 20 years’ experience in the legal industry, she appears regularly in the Family and Federal courts, representing both spouses in financial and parenting cases in family disputes and succession claims.

Anne-Marie’s extensive experience and skill, and the ability to understand the emotional aspects of family law, which allows her to provide clear and compassionate advice to help her clients navigate their disputes. Her focus is on resolution, not litigation, but she is a tireless advocate should the matter proceed to court.

Anne-Marie is also a Family Law Accredited Specialist as granted by the Law Society.

Having volunteered with not-for-profit organisations dealing with mental health and positive psychology, Anne-Marie regularly applies her knowledge and experience in this area to family law matters including property settlement, divorce, parenting and child arrangements, spousal/partner maintenance, binding financial agreements.

Anne-Marie is also a Family Law Accredited Specialist as granted by the Law Society.
