Courtney is a dedicated Paralegal at Finns. Courtney has a Bachelor of Criminology & Justice majoring in addiction and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Laws at Edith Cowan University.
With a keen interest in commercial and civil litigation, debt recovery, and insolvency, Courtney works alongside Special Counsel, Sasha Ivantsoff and Senior Solicitor, Stuart Cork to support our litigation and debt recovery teams in these complex areas of the law.
In her role at Finns, Courtney oversees day-to-day file management, legal administrative tasks, and the preparation of legal documents. She is actively involved in court filing, legal research, and assists in the preparation and management of court proceedings. Courtney excels in client correspondence, evidence collection, and brief preparation for Counsel.
