He completed a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Law in 2006 at Western Sydney University. In his pursuit of specialised knowledge, Daniel also earned a Graduate Certificate of Laws in Intellectual Property from the University of Technology Sydney in 2010, further enhancing his expertise. Additionally, he completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2006.

Additionally, Daniel has been a Senior Associate, Trade Mark Attorney, and Solicitor since September 2006, gaining over 17 years of experience in the legal industry. In these roles, he provides clients with expert legal advice and representation, utilising his knowledge in litigation, intellectual property, commercial transactions, and franchising.

He leads a dedicated litigation team of ten highly skilled advocates and litigators, overseeing cases of varying complexities with case values ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars. Daniel’s strategic, commercial-minded approach to legal practice ensures client objectives are met within outlined costs.

In addition to his litigation skills, Daniel counsels clients on simple and complex transactions.
