Danuta joined Finn Roache Lawyers in 2023 bringing with an extensive wealth of legal experience in commercial and residential property matters including strata developments, acting for both corporate, business and individual clients. Danuta’s extensive legal experience also extends to elder law, estate planning, wills and deceased’s estates including complex estates, as well as Family Provision matters where she has achieved a high success rate.
Danuta has been on the committee of her local Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Law Society of New South Wales speakers programme speaking on various topics including wills, powers of attorney, guardianships, elder law and estate planning at Probus and Rotary Clubs, social clubs and nursing homes.
During her legal career Danuta gained a reputation for her compassion, empathy, excellent communication skills and a passion for attention to detail. With those attributes and her wealth of legal experience she is a welcome addition to this firm.
