Howard is a highly experienced lawyer with more than 40 years of legal practice. He has built a strong reputation for providing practical, clear and strategic advice to both corporate and individual clients across property law, wills and estates, and family provision matters.

As an Accredited Specialist in Property Law, Howard has extensive experience across commercial, industrial and residential property transactions. His expertise includes sales and acquisitions, put and call options, stamp duty and land tax matters, company title, subdivisions, strata and property development. He also advises clients on planning appeals and compulsory acquisitions and is a former member of the Law Society Property Law Committee. He is also a sometime expert witness in property disputes.

Howard is also an accredited mediator and brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to property and estate disputes. His extensive experience allows him to identify the key issues in complex matters and work towards commercially sensible and effective outcomes for his clients.

Howard takes a holistic approach to his practice, often drawing together his experience in property law, estate planning and family provision.
