Keith Bow

Keith was admitted as a solicitor in 1973 and has more than 50 years of legal experience. He has established a longstanding reputation as a highly experienced Accredited Specialist in Property Law, advising clients across Queensland and New South Wales on a broad range of property, commercial, business and estate matters.

Keith has extensive experience acting for property developers, businesses, landlords, tenants and private clients. His property practice includes acquisitions, subdivisions and developments, ranging from smaller projects through to complex broadacre, mixed-use, staged and layered strata developments. He advises clients throughout all stages of a project, including acquisition, structuring, due diligence, risk analysis, documentation, commercial leasing and tailored sale arrangements.

His commercial and business law experience includes business acquisitions and sales, commercial projects, business structuring, compliance, commercial leasing, childcare centres, management rights and aged care matters. Keith takes a practical and commercially focused approach, helping clients identify risks, structure transactions effectively and achieve their broader business objectives.

Keith also advises on wills and deceased estates, including estate planning, probate, estate administration and contested estate matters. In addition, he has considerable experience in mediation and dispute resolution involving commercial, property and estate disputes, with a focus on achieving practical and effective outcomes for clients.
