Martin Piper

Martin Piper was admitted to practise in New South Wales in 1978. Since that time he has acquired a wide range of expertise and practical experience in a broad range of complex legal matters.

Prior to commencing with Finn Roache he was a partner in his own firm in the Tweed Heads/ Far North Coast area for over 30 years.

Martin’s experience spans a wide range of legal areas including Wills and Estate Planning, Family Provision Act claims, dealing with all types of transactional matters both of a commercial and domestic nature. He has appeared in Courts in all jurisdictions in New South Wales and Queensland in a varies matters including complex commercial litigation matters.

During his time in the legal profession, he has developed a strategic insight for his clients’ needs enabling him to provide practical advice and strong client advocacy.”
