Michael Bergagnin

Michael is a Wills and Estates lawyer who focuses on helping clients plan for the future including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and general estate planning. Michael also regularly acts in disputes relating to estates, such as contested wills, family provision, executor disputes or enforcement claims. Michael also acts in family law and property law matters.

His depth of knowledge, approachable manner and client-focused approach have established him as a trusted advisor to individuals and families navigating complex legal matters and disputes.

Michael commenced his career working in law in 1998, later receiving a Diploma in Law through the Legal Practitioners Admission Board. Michael was admitted to practise as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2004 and the High Court of Australia thereafter.

In addition to his practice, Michael is dedicated to supporting the community. Michael provides pro bono estate planning services through referrals from the Cancer Council NSW, assisting clients both on the Mid North Coast and within the Sydney metropolitan area. He has also previously served as the honorary solicitor for the Hallidays Point Senior Citizens Association.
