Nathan specialises in family law and commercial litigation.
In the Family Law space, Nathan has experience and expertise in resolving complex parenting and property disputes, and in particular, cases involving family violence, both in and out of Court.
In the commercial litigation space, Nathan has a particular interest in trade marks, debt recovery and building and construction matters. Nathan holds a Masters in Applied Law (Commercial Litigation) from the College of Law.
